Home & Land

Non‑Fixed Package Conditions

1. Images and illustrations are for guidance only and may depict non‑standard or upgraded options not included in the package price.

1. Land is not supplied by Premier by L.V.D Group. Land developer terms and conditions apply.
2. Each package applies only to the specific lot and home advertised.
3. House siting on the lot is determined solely by L.V.D Group.
4. Packages may change due to purchaser-driven, authority or legal requirements.
5. Packages exclude stamp duty, legal fees and other purchase‑related costs.
6. Unless stated otherwise, bushfire, acoustic or N3 requirements are not covered.
7. Packages require covenant and council approval prior to entering into contract with L.V.D Group.
8. L.V.D Group contracts cover the home component only. Land must be contracted separately with the developer.
9. Packages are only available to customers who pay a deposit and sign the final home building contract by the advertised deadline or at L.V.D Group’s discretion.
10. Final costs, dimensions or inclusions may vary and may be amended by L.V.D Group without notice.
11. L.V.D Group reserves the right to withdraw any package at any time, or if the lot or home becomes unavailable or is sold.

Fixed Price Home & Land Package Conditions
